You don't have to be from a minority ethnic organisation background to join our BAME Network, as long as you have a passion about race equality IN the UK then you are welcome to be part of our BAME Network.

Who is the BAME Network?
BAME Job’s Black, Asian, and other Minority Ethnic (BAME) Network was launched to address the needs and priorities of employers who are committed to encouraging candidates from all background apply for their jobs. The BAME Network is constantly growing, and we house a directory of organisations across the UK which promote our values of inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

CGL ACE
employability advice
ACE (Achieving Change Through Employment) is supported by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. The ACE project’s overall aim is to enable black and minority ethnic (BAME) and migrant individuals living in Wales to gain sustainable employment.
The project focuses on the delivery of training and employment support to people from BAME and migrant backgrounds to raise their participation and progression in the labour market. We work with BAME adults who are aged 25 or over, and are either long term unemployed (unemployed for over 12 months) or economically inactive. Participants must also be eligible to work in the UK.

Race Equality First (REF) has over 40 years of experience as the recognised lead body in South Wales for tackling discrimination and hate crime and promoting the message that Race Equality is a human right.
We are experts in the field of race equality and advise the United Nations and the UK Government. REF is now the only Race Equality Council in Wales with the specific remit to address racial equality and we are one of the four remaining Race Equality Councils in the UK.

The absence of faith and culturally sensitive support services from mainstream providers and the culture of taboo and condemnation that surrounds youth issues in the Muslim community means young people in the UK have nowhere to turn for support and often endure their problems in silence.

Diversity Champion
Refigure is founded by Rifa, organiser of successful networking group SheSays Brighton for women in tech. She has worked for 15 years as a digital project manager in the tech industry; building large-scale websites, working at a senior level with global clients. Rifa is also a Sivananda Yogi and advanced meditation teacher. She has trained with Tibetan Buddhist monks in Nepal and with gurus across India.

Changes Bristol
Diversity and Inclusive Helpline
Changes Bristol is a mental health charity that provides weekly mutual peer support meetings for those in mental distress. Their services are free to access, with no referral required from a health professional, and are open ended so that people can access the service for as long as they would like.
