REED have partnered with a national professional services firm, with multiple offices across the UK. To support them with the recruitment of an Assistant/Administrator to join the Diversity and Inclusion Team based in Central Bristol . This fantastic opportunity has come available due to the current job holder being promoted. We’re looking for the successful candidate to have administrative experience, with a keen interest in Diversity and Inclusion. Our client has recently created a new D&I strategy and want you to be a part of this! You will be helping achieve our clients strategy and successfully drive forward key D&I initiatives. Supporting and working directly with both the Senior Diversity Manger and Diversity Manger, this is an exciting and varied role in which you will have the scope to create a meaningful and impactful change across four key strategy pillars: colleagues, client, communities, and culture. Location: Close to Bristol Temple Meads Hybrid working: Yes – Flexible on this Travel: At times, this role will require you to visit other office locations such as London, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Sheffield, Milton Keynes, Liverpool to name a few Salary: 20k – 25.5k – Dependent on experience Expenses: All travel and accommodation costs for any visits to other locations will be fully paid for by the business Bonus: Annual – No less than 5% of annual salary in the past 10 years has been paid out Working hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm (can be flexible) Interviewing: 2 stage process Equipment: All staff are provided with Surface Pro’s, plus access to the IT Portal to order equipment for WFH Duties: Being a D&I ambassador within the firm and helping to engage all staff with D&I pledge, initiatives, events, and campaigns Support all employee networks (SHINE, Disability Network, Black Lawyers Network, Gender Sub-group, Parents and Carers and Social Mobility network) The above includes: Scheduling meetings, setting agendas, writing up minutes, listening to feedback from the networks to make recommendations for improvements within the firm Drafting internal communications, key messaging for social media posts and recommending content for weekly newsletter, D&I SharePoint site and numerous on-going projects Lead external D&I outreach in terms of social media and help engage a wide range of audiences, continuing to develop our D&I brand by developing a social media plan specially for D&I, working with internal stakeholders and drafting key messages. Supporting on D&I ad hoc projects or initiatives including our D&I pledge and data monitoring across several areas including our annual D&I data report, our D&I pledge data, exit interviews and pulse surveys.
