Requirements: Experience in designing and implementing engagement plans for ED&I Proven experience in working with EDI Initiatives Good Stakeholder Management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organisation. Problem solver with the ability to identify improvement opportunities. Experienced user of Microsoft Office, with experience in PowerBI desirable. Ability to work to your own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines.
