Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with their client, a large professional services firm to recruit a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor on a permanent basis.  This role sits within the HR team, reports to the Head of HR Operations and will be responsible for D&I, Projects and Wellbeing initiatives.  Duties to include: Acting as a key contact for internal diversity and inclusion networks Organising regular meetings with the firm’s D&I Champions  Supporting the Senior D&I Manager and HR team with diversity benchmark submissions and diversity reporting Managing a programme of internal D&I seminars and events Draft regular internal communications  Supporting the Senior HR Projects Manager in developing project plans  Maintaining schedule of strategic HR projects for use by Senior HR Projects Manager and HR Director Supporting in the delivery of one-off wellbeing initiatives as part of the firm’s wellbeing action plan  Experience required: An HR Adviser who has experience of at least one of the areas listed i.e. Diversity and Inclusion, HR Projects, Wellbeing  Previous experience in a legal or professional services role  Strong MS Office skills in particular Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to multi-task, stay organised, get things done, be proactive and work to deadlines High attention to detail, ability to multitask and to work to deadlines This is a great opportunity to work as part of a forward thinking and collaborative HR team.
