My client is looking for a Diversity and Inclusion Data Modeler to join their team, working on an internal D&I Strategy refresh project. This role will be offered on a hybrid basis, requiring you to go into the office occasionally, based in London. This role will be offered on an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension paying between 450 to 500pd. In order to proceed with your application you will need the right to work in the UK. This role will require: Experience analyzing diverse data sets and drawing evidenced-based conclusions Experience of developing employee lifecycle models, taking and developing reporting requirements from senior colleagues and turning them into intuitive reporting Experience of presenting MI reports in a professional environment You to have experience building data models and analyzing them Excellent communication and engagement skills The ability to building a strong working relationship with stakeholders The right to work in the UK What to do next: If you feel like this role is right for you, please drop your CV across to and I’ll be in touch.
