An opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic International Law firm in London within their Diversity, Inclusion and CR team. The objective of this role is to provide support to the Diversity, Inclusion and CR Manager working across all D&I initiatives in the firm. Key Responsibilities Work with the Manager and marketing team to raise the functions profile and build an international network. Work with internal teams and networks to support the design and delivery of the diversity and inclusion strategy. Manage external relationships who help promote various CR activities and lead review meetings. Co-ordinate pro bono work. Work with external charities to co-ordinate volunteering activities and manage the relationship with the firm’s charity. Take ownership and facilitate various CR and D&I initiatives and programmes. Organise diversity training and generally heighten awareness across the firm. Experience Ideally you will have previous experience of working within corporate responsibility and/or diversity and inclusion, preferably within a professional services environment. Legal would be preferable. Have a client-focussed approach to work, including internal and external clients. We’re looking for someone who can interact confidently with colleagues of all levels, who is highly organised and proactive. Someone who is very passionate about diversity and inclusion and will represent the team extremely well. You’ll be working in a team of 2 within a large HR team so will have plenty of interaction with the wider HR team. This is a full time, permanent role, initially working at home, but with a flexible working routine resuming when things are back to “normal”. Salary – up to 32,000 depending on experience.
