The Diversity & Inclusion Lead will join a busy HR team for a period of 6 months to support the delivery of key D&I objectives. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist/ Business Partner who is passionate about delivering D&I agenda, analysing data and producing insight to shape future initiatives. Client Details My client is a leading Public Sector organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Description Key responsibilities: Support audit submissions and develop action plans Work with network groups to continue to build a greater alignment with the overarching D&I strategy Develop Equality Impact assessment processes Develop D&I Management information in order to produce insight and identify trends to support intelligent action planning and measure impact Develop approach to ethnicity and gender pay reporting Profile You don’t need to be a D&I Specialist, but you do need to have interest in D&I and some experience delivering D&I projects Ideally you will be an experienced HR generalist/ Business partner who has gained some experience of leading ED&I initiatives as part of your role CIPD Membership Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders Excellent communication and influencing skills An understanding of key legislation e.g. Equality Act 2010 Ability to undertake data analysis and produce insight Report writing ability Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Professional and credible style for dealing with a variety of managers Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Job Offer 200.00 – 250.00 day rate Immediate start available 6-month interim contract Remote working
