Client Details A ministerial department, providing solutions and advice to support the UK public sector. Applying experience, technique and professional expertise to solve the challenges face by the UK public sector. Description – Responsible for reviewing the existing D&I strategy and plan to ensure they are fit for purpose. – Working in collaboration with senior stakeholders and Diversity and Inclusion Groups to create a working environment that lets D&I thrive. – Work with D&I lead Project Managers to measure and report on progress against challenging diversity targets. – Responsible for building and ensuring an inclusive organisational culture and diverse workforce. – Ensuring diversity and inclusion is embedded throughout all areas of the organisation including leadership, line management and HR. Profile – CIPD Level 7 or equivalent. – Excellent understanding of how the public sector operates. – Good knowledge of the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda. – Experience in tracking impacts and managing a set of activities or investments. – Experience of managing and influencing strategic relationships with a diverse range of partners (internal and external) – Excellent communication skills.
