INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM: Location – Central London Newly created role We are currently partnering with a highly regarded international law firm, assisting them with their search for a Diversity and Inclusion Manager. The firm has 14 offices globally, HQ in New York, and their London office comprises 300 staff. The opportunity offers huge scope to make a difference, talking full ownership of the firms D&I Strategy in London. The firm’s inclusion focus is on the need to ensure diversity throughout the firm, from entry level to partnership. The job holder will manage the development and delivery of a comprehensive Inclusion plan in London, working closely with the firm’s network of global D&I committees and groups, including working with local teams to support their D&I plans, in alignment with the firm’s overall global D&I strategy. Ideally seeking an individual that can offer 3-4 years’ relevant experience in a legal or professional services firm.
