HRLife are excited to be looking for a passionate and influential Diversity and Inclusion expert who wants to drive and lead a function, be forward thinking in their approach, joined up in their thinking and streamlined in their delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone to design and write the D&I strategy ensuring D&I is truly at the heart of every decision and touches on all the teams and areas of the business both internally and externally. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you’ll be involved in defining and shaping the strategic priorities, understanding and working with various internal teams to influence and effectively communicate the D&I agenda. Ensuring solid D&I best practice is embedded across all internal processes and day to day activity from hiring, onboarding, developing, engaging and retaining employees. If you’re a great communicator, have experience of engaging and bringing teams together to build insight, find effective solutions and drive fair, streamlined outcomes then we’d love to hear from you. Key responsibilities will include; Working closely with the senior leadership team to define the D&I Strategy Engaging and communicating with all senior leaders to understand the D&I strategy, specifically communicating all key future deliverables and milestones Working closely with all internal teams to ensure D&I is embraced and woven into everything they do Influencing and facilitating the building of a company-wide trusted and inclusive culture Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes ensuring a shared approach and joined up actions Being the expert in all D&I activity, writing leadership reports, providing advice and guidance as required and introducing fresh ideas that are current and competitive Being a visible D&I champion internally, leading all communications and forums to drive a positive and inclusive working environment across all teams Being an active D&I ambassador, attending relevant industry networks and promoting the business both internally and externally. Contributing to any training programmes to facilitate and drive positive conversations and designing relevant training interventions or workshops This is a brilliant role for an experienced D&I Manager, with a solid, proven background looking for a new challenge or a D&I expert who wants their first ‘headof’ role.
