We are looking for a D&I Manager with experience initiating and driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda across EMEA. You will have had a focus on D&I from within either HR, or as a D&I individual. Our client is an International Fin-Tech organisation who are passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and making it a core part of the agenda, and is therefore seeking someone who has equal passion for D&I to ensure D&I is driven across a variety of different remits in line with business objectives. The role will include working with key networks internally and externally to set the diversity agenda and weave it through the business. This is a great opportunity for any individual looking to develop their career path in D&I! Candidate specification: Experience initiating and driving the D&I agenda. Within either HR, or as a D&I individual. Finance or Professional Services background would be desirable. Excellent experience with data. Excellent project management experience. Good experience with all MS Office including good experience on PowerPoint. High levels of communication. Some global exposure preferred. Ability to work with key stakeholders at different levels.
