The role holder will need to be capable of working effectively at both strategic and operational levels and support the Head of Talent and Diversity in leading the Practice’s Diversity & Inclusion agenda across Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA). The role holder will report into the Head of Talent and Diversity and will manage the Diversity & Inclusion Advisor. Key sponsors of the role are the members of the EMEA Diversity & Inclusion Committee. They will support the Director of HR, EMEA; Head of Talent and Diversity, EMEA; Diversity & Inclusion Committee, EMEA; wider EMEA HR team; and Business Development to develop and implement the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives at Norton Rose Fulbright. Based right next to Tower Bridge (and within striking distance of London Bridge and The City) our office is accessible and home to 1,000 employees.
