HRLife are excited to be partnering with a growing, people centric business to recruit a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a real desire to make things happen, driving new ideas and networking internally and externally to bring expertise and forward thinking ideas to the business. You’ll have a natural ability to shape and influence the D&I agenda, working with employees to understand their individual and team drivers and motivations through to building great external relationships ensuring collaboration and great ideas are shared and implemented. You’ll be responsible for; Identifying and pooling all the great ideas internally, looking at what is currently being done, creating milestones and targets to build a purposeful and impactful approach Supporting the continued growth of D&I awareness and leadership behaviours to drive a highly inclusive culture Developing and leading on a robust plan underpinned by a set of metrics to be a D&I champion Working with the HR team to embed a D&I approach into all processes and people interventions such as recruitment, L&D etc. Working with other head office functions to drive D&I thinking and behaviour into all processes and ways of working Building different forums and working groups to share best practice Networking externally to bring expertise and challenge into the business, building relationships with 3rd parties Implementing the annual inclusion survey Supporting the Employer Brand team in external D&I communication If you have previous D&I experience or are hugely passionate about D&I and looking to build on your experience in a supported, valued team then this could be a great role for you. Hybrid working – 1 day / week ideally based in the office on the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border but flexibility around this for the right individual. 60- 70k base salary with a competitive benefits package
