Amazing D&I opportunity Hybrid working Client Details The client is a large corporate business in the West Midlands Description As Diversity and Inclusion Manager you will be responsible for; Contribute to the development of EDI strategy aligned to Group ambition Work with HR and Leadership teams to develop and deploy special inclusion projects, initiatives as defined by external best practice Pilot and lead on new and innovative educational and awareness programmes Budget management Manage relationship with external partners to ensure the group is ahead of best practice Support the awards and submissions agenda Partner with internal communications to ensure a consistent message is portrayed aligned with group ambition Track efforts and accomplishments reporting back to Directors as appropriate With with Employee Resource Groups coordinator to support global and regional activities Profile The successful candidate will be; Experience in HR Subject matter expert in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Project Management skills Budget management experience Excellent communication skills Confident and credible, able to influence and coach senior leaders Job Offer On offer for the successful candidate is; Competitive salary up to 60,000 Excellent benefits Flexible working Hybrid working 2-3 days on site PLEASE NOTE: Only applicants with significant experience in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion roles will be considered for this role.
