I am assisting my client with their search for a D&I Manager who will join the business reporting to the Head of Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion supporting them with the delivery of the business’ D&I strategy looking after the firm’s global D&I objectives. The D&I Manger role sits within the Diversity and Inclusion team and will partner with the business’ HR function supporting Regional heads of practice, Business development teams, HR Business partners and the wider HR function including Talent attraction, L&D and Reward & benefits to name a few. As the D&I Manager it will be your responsibility to drive and manage global and UK projects and activity in support of the firm’s diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing strategy with a focus on key areas e.g., Gender, Race, Social mobility & LGBT. You will have to manage the day-to-day operational activities of the team with line manager responsibility for two other members of the team. The role will also require you to oversee and become the key point of contact for all UK and EMEA based diversity networks and committees. As the subject matter expert for all D&I networks globally, you will contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the business’ D&I strategy working closely with the Head of Corporate Responsibility and Inclusion and your HR colleagues to advise on key people processes relevant to the D&I Agenda. The role will have you not only engaging with your internal stakeholders but also engaging with external clients and diversity membership partners and professional diversity networks on all matters surrounding D&I and Mental health and employee wellbeing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate D&I manager coming from a professional services sector background who has had recent exclusive managerial focus on the D&I space. It would be beneficial to have experience building strong long-lasting relationships both internally and externally with clients and some experience with project management and diversity benchmarking processes.
