Diversity and Inclusion Manager Leading Retailer Excellent salary and benefits Our client is a leading high street fashion retailer who is currently looking for an Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join their team. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence and deliver the brand’s EDI strategy, impacting colleagues and customers alike. You will be tasked with ensuring that equity and inclusion are integral to the culture and will be responsible for building and developing strong partnerships with business leaders and external providers to support the delivery of the EDI plan. You will need experience of designing and implementing projects and programmes aligned with the company’s values that bring about lasting behavioural and cultural change. You’ll have a real opportunity to make a difference, working with teams across the business to embed EDI in their own areas and will need to be passionate about what you do, with huge energy and excellent influencing skills.
