You may not have done a pure D&I role yet, and come from more of a HR generalist background where you’ve perhaps led a D&I stream or project, but you will have great ideas, energy and be excited to lead the business forward in their D&I journey. Alternatively you may come with experience and be ready to embark on a new challenge to influence and bring your ideas around equality, diversity and inclusion to a new business who is passionate to be recognised as a business who leads the way. Either way, the scope to make a difference, influence leaders and raise awareness across the employee population is huge! You will be involved with; Developing a robust D&I plan to support the 3-year business goals Own and develop the plan to embrace D&I and raise awareness internally Working with the L&D team to embed a D&I approach and thinking into training and leadership initiatives Working with employees to integrate all the great D&I ideas, whilst bringing your own to further advance the 3 year plan Building relationships and working with external organisations and 3rd partners to bring expertise, fresh ideas and challenge to the business Working with internal teams such as branding and recruitment to ensure D&I plays a key part in everything they do Running the annual inclusion survey, analysing results and implementing actions This is a great opportunity for someone to work 4 or 5 days a week, with flexible working opportunities (1-2 days in the office with 3-4 at home).
