Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Officer Location: London Haig House – Hybrid working model Directorate: People and Organisational Development Contract: 18 month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week Salary: 30,265 – 32,477 per annum inclusive of London Allowance The Role At the Royal British Legion, we believe in building on potential. As a Diversity and Inclusion Officer your ability to provide support by communicating our progress, developing our plans and promoting a culture of inclusion will be vital. As our Diversity and Inclusion Officer , you will be supporting delivery of our current D&I action plan by maintaining effective working relationships with people managers across RBL and you will have a proven track record of delivering on D&I initiatives within HR. If successful, the main duties of your role will be: Supporting key stakeholder teams to develop actions to meet the requirements of external equality accreditation schemes Promoting and supporting our five staff networks and their activities Being the first point of contact to provide advice, guidance, and support on D&I issues for staff, members and volunteers.
