The Role: The Diversity and Inclusion Partner will have core responsibility to shape, develop and influence diversity and inclusion strategies for the business, also to provide advice, coaching, solutions and consultation for all Diversity and Inclusion related issues, adopting a Business Partner approach to support delivery of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: ·Provide advice, coaching, solutions and consultation to the HRBP’s, leaders and D&I Champions/Networks ·Analyse Data trends, define and assess key business critical metrics, reviewing short, medium and long term goals ·Work collaboratively with HRBP’s, Talent & Development and Resourcing to shape, develop and influence diversity and inclusion strategies and programs to further support the foundations built within the business ·Champion a culture of equality and inclusion across all business functions, empowering colleagues to take forward within their own business areas ·Analyse colleague activities e.g. new hires, promotions to identify potential areas of focus and promote diversity initiatives ·Ensure ongoing annual review and updates of HR policies, taking into consideration best practice and current legislation regarding Diversity & Inclusion ·Keep up to date with D&I best practice and all legislative developments and changes Qualifications and Experience CIPD Qualified or equivalent D&I related qualification Up to date understanding of D&I best practice Trends and legislation in D&I Ability to translate key insights and trends Contact Centre environment Financial Services environment Could this be you?
