Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Practice Lead (Home Based) Leicester Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a leading N4P organisation based in Leicester with the appointment of a Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Practice Lead. This role can offer mostly home working – occassional travel to Leicester/London Description The Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Practice Lead is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of diversity and inclusion work in relation to policy and practice. The post holder will work with members, allied organisations and staff in supporting the delivery of the strategic aims and the objectives. While ensuring diversity and inclusion projects are embedded in an ethos of coproduction across the organisation. The post holder will ensure policy and practice are central to the development of high quality EDI project delivery working across the organisation in developing cooperative solutions to EDI delivery that utilise the knowledge and skills of a wide diversity of contributors. Profile Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar position.
