We’ll help you succeed This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and embedding our Be Yourself (D&I) strategy. This will involve engaging with stakeholders, taking a holistic approach to ensure the strategy’s key pillars underline all activities across the firm, supported by our core purpose, values and behaviours. This role will work in collaboration with senior leadership, including the U Board, and key sponsoring Partners, the HRLT as well as the wider HR department to ensure we continue to attract, develop and value add for the 7,000 people across the firm. One of the priority actions is to foster a culture of inclusion, where all of our people can be themselves, feel included and feel they belong. Whilst D&I will be the primary focus of this position, the role holder will also have oversight of our overall D&I, Citizenship and Wellbeing (Unifying Culture) strategies and act as People Manager to our existing internal Citizenship (CSR) & Wellbeing Subject Matter Experts. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of the below: Significant demonstrable experience as a subject matter expert in a D&I role ideally within a in a large, matrix organisation – professional services or finance preferred Experience in dealing with and influencing a variety of stakeholders and implementing D&I initiatives Good technical knowledge of methods and models of culture and behavioural change, combined with experience of their practical application which drive change, including management information, reporting and quality Collate data to ensure we can continue to measure and monitor progress. Able to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and communicate priorities in a clear and compelling way. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects. Exposure or prior knowledge of either Wellbeing or CSR would be advantageous You’ll be able to be yourself; we’ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
