Client Details Leading Energy Organisation – Diversity and Inclusion Specialist Description As the Diversity and Inclusion Specialist you will: Support the implementation of the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Strategy with a global perspective considering all markets with a focus on internationalisation and communication Be the Champion for an identified diversity Dimension, ensuring all D&I initiatives fully consider the dimension, acting as an internal expert and driving the agenda Be responsible for internal and external D&I events to drive engagement and change Develop a coherent annual D&I communications plan to support the delivery of and engagement with D&I strategy Manage the overall portfolio of the companies overall Diversity & Inclusion products (webinars, trainings, support documents etc) and events with regard to operating company, regional and overall strategic requirements Be key contact for the diversity leads across the Group to enable global D&I strategy implementation, identifying and leveraging synergies and best practice and coordinating group wide initiatives Act as an internal consultant / expert on Diversity and Inclusion topics with a focus on UK, Americas and APAC regions Profile Expertise across various HR functional areas or in a consultancy Passion for and solid experience as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist Ability to work with different types of stakeholders Drive to bring groups of people together Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work with, collaborate and influence diverse teams and groups across geographies Ability to present self-developed results confidently Flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel internationally Job Offer c 85k Great benefits The office is in Swindon and they offer hybrid, flexible working.
