My client is looking for a diversity and inclusion specialist to join their team on an initial 3 month basis. This role will be offered on a hybrid basis, requiring you to go into the office (based in East London) a couple of times a week. This role will be paying 500- 550pd. This role will require you: To lead the working level development and implementation of the companies Diversity and Inclusion strategy, overseeing the development of interventions into a cohesive strategy and support the HoD reporting to ExCO, HR, SLT and EDC on progress To contribute to the development of internal D&I data and reporting, which includes a new tableau based D&I dashboard To lead on the development of a more cohesive and strategic internal D&I communications strategy Coordinate the inputs and lead the drafting of annual diversity report (ADR) and CR contributions to the annual report and business plan To support other members of the team, helping them develop their D&I experience through coaching and day-to-day work direction You will need: Experience developing D&I Data and its importance in progressing D&I work Previous experience of developing and delivering Diversity and Inclusion strategies and interventions to ensure that D&I is integrated into all aspects of a business Experience coordinating people and inputs into complex pieces of work and producing coherent, practical reports and plans Experience engaging with stakeholders, building relationships both internal and external The right to work in the UK If you are interested in this role, please send across your CV to and I’ll be in touch.
