Diversity & Inclusion Advisor London Permanent 30,000 – 40,000 My client, a well-known Global Law Firm, are seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for a HR Administrator/HR Assistant, looking to move into their first specialist Diversity & Inclusion role. Duties will include: Support the scheduling of and delivering of D&I events. Liaise with various internal teams to ensure there is adequate coverage of D&I on social media and in publications. Collect data for research into how to improve D&I across the firm. Work closely with senior D&I staff for the running of D&I programmes and initiatives The Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will need to be passionate about D&I with a background in HR. They must be personable, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues.
