The successful candidate will need to work well under pressure and have strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise their workload efficiently as you will be responsible for reviewing policies and processes within the faculty as well as supporting the team regarding multiple Diversity and Inclusion action plans. If you have excellent administration experience including confidence using Microsoft Office packages and can work well in a team to develop positive working relationships, then this could be the role for you. Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator Main Responsibilities: Ensure Diversity & Inclusion self-assessment meetings run effectively Reviewing policies and processes such as committee membership and career development Support the team to review and implement aspects of action plans Communicate key messages of the departments work on relevant channels Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator Essential Skills & Experience: Energetic and enthusiastic Prioritisation skills Good administration skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages A team player If you possess the correct skills and experience for the role then please apply today!
