We are currently working with a top 20 law firm who are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Executive to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working closely with the D&I Partners and the HR Leaders to deliver an ambitious strategy to innovate in key focus areas. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Manage diversity networks, Project manage existing D&I programmes, Develop understanding of the firm’s inclusion and ESG strategy, Develop and maintain a network of D&I relationships, new policies and procedures, Data collation and reporting. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within D&I, project management and delivering external and internal events.
