Frazer Jones are partnering with an International Law Firm, with offices across the UK and Asia on the hunt for their next Diversity and Inclusion Executive to join their boutique, yet collaberative team of 3 on a permanent basis. The role requires collaboration with all parts of the business – legal and business services, UK, and Asia offices, and involves working with senior stakeholders in every Group firmwide. Responsibilities: Managing the implementation of the firms DE&I principles. Create regular diversity / demographics reports to track the firm’s progress Manages the engagement and relationship with third-party providers to assist in the management and implementation of DEI&I as appropriate Manages and delivers the firm’s mentoring programmes Delivers summer scheme /open day/ trainee/ Leadership DEIB events Experience Well-developed project management skills Sound working knowledge of the key issues and trends in DEI and common areas of best practice Experience of implementing new initiatives, programmes and events The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
