Diversity Inclusion Manager Leeds/Hybrid Badenoch Clark are currently supporting a leading law firm with an exciting new role within the Human Resources team. This is a broad role reflecting the company commitment to creating a culture which enables the firm and stakeholders to thrive, looking internally at what they do and the business’ impact on people and community. The role will focus on creating a truly positive experience for all employees, building on the work done so far and implementing further plans to increase diversity and improve inclusion, making sure everyone at the firm feels like they belong, are valued and can do the best work of their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and owning the Diversity and Inclusion strategy, and will lead continuous changes and development in this discipline. Secondary responsibilities of the role will also encompass wider CSR – including environmental issues and sustainability, and social and welfare of staff and the community. They are keen to practice what they preach and therefore this role will take control of the ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives and deliver an inclusive, and socially-aware workplace culture.
