As Diversity & Inclusion Manager you will work closely with the HR team and senior stakeholders in the business, to drive forward the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion objectives. You will partner across the business identifying gaps and opportunities to create a comprehensive strategy to ensure that the firm’s workplace is as diverse and inclusive as possible. You will act as the main contact for Diversity & Inclusion queries and be responsible for coordinating the D&I group and special interest sub-groups to make sure that initiatives are aligned, as well as working operationally on priorities and specific initiatives, design and delivery of training, and policy implementation.
