About the Company An award winning global law firm are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing Manager on a permanent basis. About the Role Working as part of the wider CR & D&I team, this is a strategic role working globally and offering the opportunity to build upon the D&I and Wellbeing initiatives in place. Responsibilities include: Leading on the diversity initiatives for the UK and internationally Implementing the global diversity strategy Driving forward the marketing and communications Managing and building networks both internally and externally Research and advise on current and emerging trends Overseeing a budget Analysing statistics and reporting Job Requirements You will have previous diversity and inclusion experience within a professional or financial services environment and have operated at a senior level. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and lead in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
