Our client, a medium-sized law firm in London, is seeking an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Manager. Salary to 70k plus benefits. Reporting to the HR Director, this newly created high profile role will be working closely with the Managing Partner as well as Department Heads and is responsible for the implementation of D&I strategy for the firm. The role includes – Appraisal and review of current D&I initiatives, policies and projects Development and implementation of Diversity & Inclusion strategy for the long term including drafting policies and procedures Regular internal communications with the wider firm to raise awareness of D&I strategy and initiatives Work closely with the firm’s current Diversity & Inclusion Committees In conjunction with the HR team and Learning & Development team, devise workshops and relevant training schedules Regular reporting, analysis and benchmarking, producing data and statistics for monitoring measurable targets and initiatives Responsibility for external regulatory reporting including to the SRA and Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting Generally ensure best practice in all D&I matters for the firm. You will require a University degree, minimum 2:1, experience in a similar D&I role preferably in a law firm or other professional services plus excellent communication skills including the ability to write and produce reports.
