A highly regarded national law firm has a vacancy for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join their successful team. This role will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to implement a robust and effective D&I strategy for the firm. The main duties and responsibilities will include: Develop and deliver a meaningful long-term D&I strategy with clear priorities and measurable goals. Develop and implement programmes and interventions designed to attract, retain, develop, and advance diverse talent. Forge strong relationships with the firm’s diversity committees. Ensure there is a data driven, measurable and targeted approach to D&I, taking full responsibility for producing statistics and reports and tracking progress. Develop internal communications to ensure that staff are informed about the firm’s D&I strategy and progress. The successful applicant will have a previous track record of achievement in a demanding D&I role, including evidence of driving initiatives through to bring about a positive change. You will have a strong understanding of D&I best practice, including regulatory requirements and excellent oral and written communication skills. Previous experience within the professional services sector is preferred and an HR qualification is desirable but not essential.
