JOB TITLE: Diversity & Inclusion Manager Graduate Program Manager HR Department SALARY: 45,000 BENEFITS: 25 DAYS HOLIDAY, PENSION, HEALTHCARE This is a newly created role that will focus not just on diversity and inclusion, but also emerging talent in the organisation. You’ll be tasked to create innovative programs which will help deliver future pipelines of talent within our business. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR and HRD to set the direction for our Early Careers and Diversity/Inclusion proposition , with the aim to deliver optimal output to the organisation, meeting its business and commercial requirements. Our key focus for this role is to create programs for apprentice, industrial year and graduates, through the full employee lifecycle, while at the same time identifying diversity and inclusion priorities and making recommendations on how best to achieve these. Culture and change are vital for our business growth moving forward and you will play a key role in this.  LOCATION: St Albans- Hybrid role JOB SPECIFICATION: In addition to the above your role will also involve, but will not be limited to: Partnering with the Board of Directors, Business Unit Directors, and Managers to understand workforce and succession planning requirements linked to Early Career and diversity/inclusion initiatives. In conjunction with the above, create and manage programs which will typically span over a 2–3-year cycle to create a joined-up approach to career progression for Early Careers individuals. Create and manage cross cohort/function projects which give these categories of individuals the breadth of opportunity across various career pathways. Create a recruitment strategy and execute with appropriate stakeholders for hires within Early Careers and the Diversity/Inclusion category. REQUIREMENTS : This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidates from an HR, Teaching, or Learning and development background (L&D). We are looking for someone with a real passion for early and emerging career development, working with candidates and with experience of diversity and inclusion. Commercial exposure would be highly beneficial as you will work with senior stakeholders across the business.
