My client, based in the City of London, have an interesting new opportunity available for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager, to join their fast paced team. You will have experience of working effectively at both strategic and operational levels and support the Head of Talent and Diversity, in leading Diversity & Inclusion agenda across Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA). Responsibilities: – Provides strategic and specialist knowledge input to the development and design of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy. – Co-ordinates execution of internal and external communications and client collaborations regarding diversity and inclusion. – Provides leadership and co-ordination of diversity and inclusion initiatives. – Assist with global projects, including contributing content for reports for the Executive Committee and involvement in global campaigns and initiatives. – Provide thought leadership and support for employee networks across EMEA Essential skills: – Prior experience gained from professional services, financial services, legal services, corporate or blue chip environment is highly desirable. – Good understanding of broader HR and legislation across EMEA. – Ability to think strategically about opportunities and projects.
