Our client is a household name of the music industry and they are looking to add a Project Manager to their DEI team!  You’ll partner with global DEI leaders whose goal is to create a sense of belonging across the workforce, uniting their international locations. As Project Manager your main focus will be to advance the DEI agenda across Europe/UK, project manage UK and European DEI efforts, ensuring people and innovation underpins all of their activities, and you will support global DEI activities to drive alignment of approaches internationally to deliver the global agenda. Key Responsibilities:  Engage stakeholders, align resources and project manage the delivery of a range of DEI initiatives Collaborate with the global DEI team and promote DEI efforts to the business and employees Evaluate and assist with the roll out of new policies, practices and processes Drive alignment across commitments and ensure proper and realistic scoping and delivery Plan, own and manage the project delivery of UK and European DEI activities, in terms of critical path, deliverables, budget, risks, issues and dependencies If you are the kind of person who is a problem solver with analytical thinking and outstanding interpersonal skills then read on….  To excel in this Project Manager DEI role you’ll need previous experience as a DEI leader with exceptional knowledge of HR functions and DEI models, and disciplines, principles, processes and policies – locally and with an appreciation of international contexts. You’ll also need to be adept at working autonomously but will have the support of the global DEI team.
