Key duties include: Design, project manage, facilitate and evaluate engaging and innovative EDI learning and education plans Coach, facilitate courageous conversations and encourage everyone to engage with different EDI topics, to help change mindsets, build capacity and knowledge of our people in relation to EDI In collaboration with the EDI Board Sponsors, HR partners, EDI Steering Group, Employee Resource Group leads and the employee voice, establish a base and support the delivery of EDI strategy and ambitious actions plan Input and support policy and processes’ review and development, to cover the full employee lifecycle and breadth of diversity needs. Based within a superb People team who are fully integrated and respected within the business, this is a newly created role, reporting to an inspirational leader in the field. A dynamic, but highly pragmatic and tactical role you should be exceptional with, and thoroughly enjoy the cultivation of strong stakeholder relationships to be considered.
