Leading the leading our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, the areas of the role are Assisting members / organisations create and build inclusive cultures where anyone can reach their potential. Provide insightful leadership, research, guides, toolkits and planning to support D&I programs Contribute to external research projects and white papers on various topics Write and deliver training modules with supporting materials on various topics. Delivery of training via video and in person Support and deliver consultancy/advice projects together Previous exposure Experience of leading either a Diversity & Inclusion or cultural agenda D&I delivery of training delivery experience would be an advantage but not essential. Problem solving / first class communication skills Reporting and report writing Project management experience Strong internal partner engagement and communication skills The role would suit somebody who a grounding/ passion for Diversity and Inclusion.
