Diversity & Inclusion Training Specialist (Full Time) 40,000 – 50,000 salary (depending on experience) Birmingham, UK (remote) Does this describe you? Core Role – Training Delivery (<70%) Deliver interactive Diversity & Inclusion related training programmes including, for example, Conscious Inclusion, Courageous Conversations, Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Recruitment and Managing Banter Courses are delivered remotely and face-to-face: via MS Teams or Zoom so tech-competence is important, as is an understanding of how to adapt programme design to maintain a memorable online delegate experience face-to-face at client premises UK-wide when overnight stays might be required Many of RightTrack’s courses use actors, however, training will be offered if the successful candidate has no prior experience Work closely with sales colleagues to consult with customers regarding their EDI strategy and people development objectives in order to scope tailormade solutions. The successful candidate will also have demonstrable experience in not necessarily all, but at least one, of the following: Writing compelling proposals that outline people development solutions aligned with customer requirements Collecting, analysing and driving change based on Diversity and Inclusion data Creating impressively creative and engaging e-learning Business development, key account management, networking Designing experiential activities and courses (from a blank sheet of paper) that smash the ‘diversity & inclusion training is boring’ myth out of the park!
