Diversity & Inclusion Training Specialist (Full or Part Time) 32,000 – 42,000 salary pro rata (depending on experience) Birmingham, UK (Remote) Are you: Passionate about Diversity and Inclusion with at least five years’ experience as a specialist in this field? Then read on… Role Summary RightTrack Learning is a second-generation, ‘boutiquey’ learning and development company that’s been designing and delivering training solutions for organisations across all sectors since 1988. They are known for their ability to craft bespoke solutions with a creative twist and regularly incorporate actors into training design. RightTrack shuns the usual corporate vibe and opts instead for a flexible, forward-thinking, people-focussed approach to doing business. They are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion trainer, on a full or part time basis, to deliver a range of different training courses to groups from client organisations spanning all industry sectors. The successful candidate will stand-out in terms of training delivery style and have a talent for engaging both hearts and minds. Last, but not least, it’s safe to say RightTrack Learning pro-actively welcomes a diverse range of applicants to apply for this role.   The Role in Detail Deliver interactive Diversity & Inclusion related training programmes including, for example, Unconscious Bias, Courageous Conversations, Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Recruitment and Managing Banter. Currently all courses are delivered as short sessions via MS Teams or Zoom so tech-competence is important, as is an understanding of how to adapt programme design to maintain a memorable online delegate experience. As Covid restrictions are lifted, UK-wide travel to deliver face-to-face at client premises will be part of the role and overnight stays might be required. Many of RightTrack’s solutions include actors, however, training will be offered if the successful candidate has no prior experience. The successful candidate will bring a creative approach to designing experiential activities and courses that smash the ‘diversity & inclusion training is boring’ myth out of the park!
