The role offers autonomy for an Inclusion & Wellbeing expert looking for a challenge to disrupt and deliver an exceptional agenda of change. Candidates should demonstrate change leadership in the D&I space, ideally at a large corporate organisation. The firm are committed to change with the support from the board and senior management team. Responsibilities Include: Develop and deliver the Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing strategy Partner with external partners and agencies Work with the communications team to deliver exceptional content Lead the change agenda and strategy implementation across the organisation Create pioneering campaigns Lead and grow firm-wide networking groups, committees and council Lead the reporting, metrics and data library in order to effectively communicate outcomes to business stakeholders Management of budgets Candidate Requirements Subject Matter Expert in Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing Proven experience in change leadership and change management Strategic vision with exceptional communication skills Data management, analysis and reporting experience A successful and inspiring influencer The role can be fully remote or office based in London or regional offices with some travel, part time working will also be considered.
