Employer Brand Executive Working as part of our award-winning marketing team this is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the Morson Groups talent brand. In addition to creating content and strategy to engage our internal audience, youll work agency style, supporting and advising our clients on how they can develop their employer brands. We are seeking a confident, creative communicator, in return, youll have the opportunity to shape a talent brand, engage a global community of colleagues and work with some exciting brands from Manchester United to McLaren F1. The role will be split into 3 areas: Employer brand • Omni-channel content creation: deliver creative and effective employer brand and recruitment attraction campaigns (interviews, podcasts, video, and social content) to be used across social and digital channels. • Manage our employer brand presence across talent acquisition networks and social channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed). • Research and implement new opportunities that advance our employer brand narrative and nurture our colleague communities. • Create and roll out an employee advocacy programme to support employer brand and recruitment marketing. Internal communications • Craft emails and newsletters for our colleague community. • Spearhead and help deliver our internal podcast and internal engagement strategy. • Lead our internal events strategy in collaboration with our internal teams and charity and community partners. Consultancy • Work with our clients to support them in elevating their employer brands – creating collateral such as candidate welcome packs, EVP videos, recruitment templates and advising on strategy. What were looking for • A creative thinker and doer • A confident communicator and relationship builder. • Experience in designing, creating, and writing content. • Campaign management – experience in marketing campaign planning and strategy. • Social media content creation and channel management • A true collaborator motivated to work with global teams, brands, and client organisations. Not essential, but great to have… • Events management experience would be advantageous. • An eye for design. • Video creation experience, its a plus if youre handy with a camera and Premier Pro. • Experience in employer branding. Great, but not essential. You just need to be able to understand how to engage people and create content which delivers this.
