Who We’re Looking For As well as demonstrating proven capability and knowledge of Equality and Inclusion matters, you’ll be confident in your ability to build influential relationships with colleagues across a wide variety of job roles and departments. Football may not be your sport, but you’ll have worked in a comparable organisation, where you’ll have combined your passion and deep knowledge for EDI with evidence of progress through your handling of data and metrics. Working alongside the HR Team, we’re looking for somebody who is at ease in ensuring EDI matters are embedded into our people practices.However, we’re looking for somebody who is just as comfortable ensuring EDI matters are embedded into all of our operational activity – be it in Football or our Operations Teams -so you’ll be able to demonstrate the impact and successes you’ve had in supporting teams and colleagues across a whole organisation. About The Club Knowing some of the history of Leicester City Football Club helps you appreciate the sense of community, spirit and family for which the Foxes are renowned for.
