Our client, a leading business consultancy is looking for an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to join their HR team. This ia a newly created role and is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to implement new ideas, initiatives, and processes and to collaborate with a huge variety of different people. They have ambitious plans for the future and are looking for someone to help achieve them. As this is a new role, the job description is likely to evolve and change at a rapid pace. Initially it will involve: Working with the DE&I Committee, Champions and People Talent and Development Lead to help develop and drive the DE&I plans for 2022 Working with key stakeholders to deliver company targets and actions that will support the Sustainability Plan Providing expert guidance and thought leadership to key stakeholders in relation to DE&I Implementing and embedding new DE&I activities and initiatives that support business wide targets Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the right people are working and delivering the right things Playing an active role in leading and supporting DE&I Committed meetings Analysing DE&I data and reports and be responsible for survey submissions and contributing to the creation of the employee engagement survey Working with the HR team to develop, coordinate, implement and monitor the effectiveness of HR processes within the team and across the organisation Involvement in the collation and analysis of HR metrics Providing support on ad hoc projects Managing the memberships of various organisations and schemes Scoping, sourcing and evaluating any external learning required as part of the DE&I action plan Person specification Previous experience in, and a genuine passion for diversity, equality and inclusion Be able to hit the ground running to build relationships with key stakeholders Relish the challenge of the landscape of DE*&I within the company and be able to make this role your own Previous experience of managing and leading a variety of activities, both internally and externally Confidently find your way around a spreadsheet and IT systems and be able to use data to provide insights Good organisational and record keeping skills and excellent attention to detail Able to spot problems and challenge and overcome them Salary 45,000 plus car allowance (circa 5000) company pension, healthcare offering, travel and life insurance, critical illness cover, structured career framework with regular reviews offering outstanding opportunities for progression, 25 days annual leave, hybrid/agile working based around core hours Location Bristol
