Our market leading, Bristol based client is looking for an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and working alongside the broader HR function you will be responsible for implementing the ED&I strategy including planning, activity development and delivery. Responsibilities will include: Organising and maintaining the ED&I intranet pages and providing input on external pages as needed Being a key point of contact for employees to ensure they are supported and empowered Partnering with HR to ensure ED&I is integral to all areas of the employee lifecycle Working with and influencing key stakeholders on the benefits of diversity to commercial success Designing and producing ED&I communications that empowers and emboldens people across the business Developing and managing relationships with key professional bodies and strategic partners to ensure the business is up to date with the latest thinking and market trends for ED&I Participating in working groups and forums to share ideas and best practice Competing external benchmarking activities to ensure the organisation leads the field as an inclusive employer Providing ED&I data, insight, and expertise for business tenders Person specification Experience in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion either as part of a specialist role or within a generalist HR Advisor position Passionate about all things equality with a strong knowledge of employment legislation Awareness and understanding of barriers to attraction, retention and performance and ability to implement strategies and policies to remove Commercial approach, strong relationship building and communication skills Good analytical, data manipulation and presentation skills Good attention to detail Ability to use initiative
