You’ll hopefully see that you’ll be joining an organisation that genuinely cares about ED&I. They know that there’s more work to be done, and hence they’re now looking to bring in an expert in all things ED&I to help guide and advise their policies. So what will you be getting up to? Reporting into the People Director, you’ll lead on all activity related to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. You’ll be finding and implementing solutions to potentially complex EDI challenges. You’ll be working alongside a fantastic leadership team, providing advice and guidance which will touch every corner of the organisation. The EDI strategy will feed directly into the organisation’s overall business strategy. About you. What can we say… You’ll be leading the EDI strategy for a large organisation, so we’re looking for an expert in all things equality, diversity and inclusion. But not only this, you’ll effectively be able to influence stakeholders of all levels around the organisation. You’ll be knowledgeable in all relevant legislation and be up to date with best practice. Project experience would be fantastic, and a solid experience and knowledge of monitoring, evaluating and reporting objectives is key.
