About the role: Work with the EDI manager to create key comms campaigns, and lead on the delivery Use internal data to measure the impact of each campaign? Attend webinars and roundtables to increase knowledge and understanding of key inclusion topics? Pull information together from different sources to create and deliver facilitated sessions to increase confidence and knowledge? Using internal data and external insight, work with centres of excellence to curate specific inclusion projects? Gather case studies from across the business that will help improve understanding about key EDI topics Support the EDI Admin on any queries through the Inclusion inbox Work with the EDI manager and SM to scope out and deliver projects that will turn the dial on ? Continuously horizon scan to ensure the EDI team is abreast of the latest thinking in the space. About you: Knowledge of, and interest in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. Creative and forward thinking – able to create briefs for key campaigns Confident in presenting and able to communicate to the wider business Able to analyse data to understand trends and gaps Able to work to specific timelines and effectively manage your own workload
