Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manger 42,0 00 – 53,000 per annum Liverpool This role will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the organisations EDI strategy and initiatives in order to deliver sustainable change across the organisation and support the development of an inclusive culture where our colleagues and students can thrive and flourish. The below is indicative of some of the duties included in this role and what you could will be involved with, to support the wider organisation. • Facilitate the development of the institutional vision and commitments to Diversity and         Inclusion, engaging with stakeholders across the organisation. • Lead the development of EDI strategy and activities, ensuring EDI is embedded within  organisational and strategies. • Act as subject matter expert on EDI, engaging with colleagues to provide advice and guidance • Work with senior stakeholders to support implementation of EDI initiatives, metrics within their areas of responsibility • Work closely with to ensure the inclusion, equality and diversity programme is developed appropriately and embedded across student services and activities. • Work closely with HR colleagues on implementation of EDI activities and to identify opportunities for further improvement and development. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the organisation. • Support the creation and ongoing work of our colleague and student EDI related networks. • Develop and implement a communication and engagement plan to ensure regular communication of EDI related news, events, celebrations and activities to colleagues and students and engagement with EDI strategy and framework. • Champion and role model inclusive and compassionate behaviours • Work collaboratively with colleagues across HR and Professional Services on the delivery of activities related to the role • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work in accordance with HR requirements Benefits: • 42,000 – 53,000 per annum • 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas closure days • Generous occupational pension schemes • Government backed “cycle to work” scheme. • Affiliated, discounted staff membership to the University of Liverpool Sports Centre • Plus, a host of additional family friendly policies For immediate Impact apply online now!
