We are currently working for a public sector organisation based in Coventry who are looking to fill an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead role. The role is a full time position working (36.5 hours) and is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract. D uties will include (but not limited to): Working with the CEO of Director of People, L&D and EDI Committee to further work in diversity and inclusion Leading the creation and delivery of a Diversity Action Plan Providing cross team support and engagement with initiatives Working alongside the L&D Advisor in designing and delivering EDI Training to all colleagues Co-ordinating and managing the operational delivery of the EDI agenda Leading the organisation in developing best practice in EDI, underpinning the relevant strategy and embedding measurable data, systems and processes Experienced required: Developing diversity and inclusion strategies Leading on inclusion strategies and processes including overseeing their delivery Working pattern: 36.5 hours per week Monday – Thursday 9.00am- 5.00pm Friday 8.30 – 3.30pm 3 days working from home Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
