Culture is working with a Midlands based client to help find their new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager. As part of this role, you will be driving, developing, and implementing Equality, DI strategies that support the wider organisational values, goals, and culture. This is a strategic role where you will develop and lead on the ED&I strategy for the business. About you… You will have an ED&I background and will have worked in a similar role previously and used to working on a verity of ED&I projects. You will be a fantastic communicator and used to working with senior management, including board members. Along with your ability to write compelling board papers you will have excellent presentation skills. As you are an ED&I expert, you will be at ease giving all colleagues, advice relating to diversity legislation, regulation and best practice What’s in it for you… Salary up to 65,000 DOE 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy extra holiday days Pension scheme – company matched plus 2% (up to 10%).
