Swyddog Cydraddoldeb, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant Caerdydd neu Lanelwy (gyda gwaith hybrid) Amdanom ni Yn Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru, rydym yn darparu arweinyddiaeth genedlaethol ac arbenigedd mewn gofal cymdeithasol a blynyddoedd cynnar yng Nghymru. Supporting engagement across the organisation, as well as with national and regional partners, you will identify opportunities to enhance the understanding of EDI and drive change in behaviours, practice and perceptions. Maintaining a thorough understanding of equality legislation, regulations and codes of good practice, you will co-ordinate the delivery of our Equality Impact Assessment, including the development of statistical data, to support this analysis. About You To be considered as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion officer, you will need: – Experience of working within EDI across the full breadth of protected characteristics – Experience of developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures across the full breadth of protected characteristics and a thorough understanding of the legislative context of EDI compliance – Experience of delivering objectives in collaboration with a range of other stakeholders – Comprehensive knowledge of EDI across the full breadth of protected characteristics – Extensive knowledge of relevant Welsh EDI legislation, policies and procedures – Strong organisation skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential problems Please note applications for this role close on 10th October 2022.
